These Event Sponsorship Terms and Conditions (together with the Sponsorship Order (as hereinafter defined), the "Agreement"), is by and between Specialty Food Association, Inc. ("Organizer"), and the Person (as defined below) set forth on the Sponsorship Order ("Sponsor"). As used herein, "Sponsorship Order" shall mean that certain sponsorship order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A submitted to Organizer and executed by Sponsor pursuant to which Sponsor shall sponsor the Event (as hereinafter defined).
