This MOU shall be presented by the Association to the employees to be covered hereby for ratification by said employees, and shall thereafter be presented to the County Board of Supervisors and, if appropriate, to the Civil Service Commission as the joint recommendations of the undersigned for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the period commencing April 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2021.
