THIS ART CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the date of last signature below by and between Regents of the University of Minnesota, a Minnesota constitutional corporation (the “University”) and (the "Artist"). This Agreement is entered into by the University through the Reedy Gallery at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
