This Agreement, which shall become effective as of the 14th day of March, 2006, is entered into by and between AT&T Communications of the Southern States, LLC, a Delaware corporation, having an office at 1230 Peachtree Street, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia, 30309, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (individually and collectively “AT&T”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, having an office at 675 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30375, on behalf of itself and its successors and assigns.
