THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (hereinafter Agreement), made pursuant to s. 267.145(1), Florida Statutes, is made and entered into by and between the Florida Department of State, Florida Division of Historical Resources (hereinafter DIVISION) and the University of West Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate (hereinafter UNIVERSITY). This Agreement will become effective upon signature of both parties.
