THIS AMENDMENT to Contract is made and entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2016 by and between the CITY OF SANDY SPRINGS, (hereinafter referred to as “Sandy Springs”), and SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC., a corporation of the State of Illinois with offices 1000 Deerfield Parkway, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
