THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by the Everman Independent School District, Tarrant County College Partner. Everman ISD and TCC shall collectively be referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as “Party.” This Agreement sets forth terms and conditions in regard to collaboration between the Parties related to the establishment and operation of the Everman Early College High School.
