This agreement between Economic Mobility Pathways, a Massachusetts-based non-profit (“EMPath”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and Member (“you”, “your”) (as defined below) consists of these Membership Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the Level (as defined below) and any other terms and conditions disclosed to Member as a condition to any option selected and/or provided by Member during registration, which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”).
