This Agreement is entered into by, and between, Montclair State University, located at 1 Normal Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey 07043, and Westchester Community College, 75 Grasslands Road, Valhalla, New York 10595, to articulate the procedure for a Transfer Program (“Program”) for students from Westchester Community College to Montclair State University. Montclair State University (“Montclair State”) and Westchester Community College (“WCC”) are also referred to herein as “Party” individually and “Parties” collectively.
