This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Lorena Elizabeth Sibrian-Franco (“Plaintiff’) and defendant East Valley Community Health Center (“EVCHC”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and EVCHC collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
