In consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, for being allowed entry into the DB Hinnant Ranch located in Jim Wells County, Texas or other property leased by Josh Harris (the “Property”) and for being allowed to participate in hunting, fishing, hiking, all-terrain vehicle or other motor vehicle operations and all similar or associated activities of any kind (collectively, the “Activities”) associated with the use of the Property, the undersigned hereby enters into this RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) as of the date set forth below.
