When a part-time employee becomes a continuing full-time employee, the years of service shall be calculated on the pro-rata of the hours regularly worked by a continuing full-time employee for the purpose of calculating the vacation leave credits. Calculation of the number of hours shall begin at date of hiring and will apply at date of signing of this Collective Agreement.
