This document sets forth the entire Contract between the Service Contract Obligor and Administrator, hereinafter referred as We, Us, and Our, and the Purchaser, as You and Your. No representation, promise or condition herein shall modify these terms. The Obligor under this Plan is SNAdmin of Canada, Inc. in all provinces with the exception of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Chartis Insurance Company of Canada (“CICC”) is the Obligor in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. CCIC may be contacted at 145 Wellington Street West, Toronto, ON M5J 1H8, Attn. Warranty Department. The administrator under this Plan is SNAdmin (Canada) Inc (“Service Net”).
