The myTailoredWealthSM Access Agreement between you and Trustmark Tailored Wealth (“Trustmark,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours”) including as applicable, any related myTailoredWealth Terms of Use, Enrollment Form(s), Application(s), Certificate(s) of Resolution, Authorizations, and any separate terms of service agreements or instructions relating to specific services that may be provided in connection herewith (collectively, this “Agreement”), sets forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of online account access to you or anyone authorized by you (collectively, “Client,” “you,” “your,” “yours”) and describes your and our rights, responsibilities and obligations. Unless otherwise indicated, the provisions of this Agreement apply to both individual and entity Clients.
