This Master License Agreement governs use of Spectra Logic Corporation software (“Software”). Such use is subject to the license contained herein and terms and conditions of this Master License Agreement (the “MLA”). Issuance of a purchase order to Spectra Logic Corporation or to an authorized reseller automatically activates this license and grants to your organization (“Licensee”) the right to request activation key(s) for use on specific servers.
