In addition to automated garbage collection, Clearfield City offers its residents the Neighborhood Dumpster Clean up Program. Clearfield City residents, volunteer groups, neighborhood associations or other citizen groups may schedule delivery and pick-up of a roll-off dumpster for their neighborhood cleanup projects. The City, through Waste Management, will provide 30-yard, roll-off dumpsters to eligible participants.
