ALL CAPITALISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANING SPECIFIED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED SIGNED AGREEMENT OR DELL’S STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
