This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into effective January 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by the City of Euless, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation, (“Euless”), the City of Bedford, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation, (“Bedford”) and the City of Hurst, Texas, a home rule municipal corporation (“Hurst”), each acting by and through its duly appointed and authorized city manager. Euless, Bedford, and Hurst may hereafter be referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
