This Agreement, which shall become effective as of the Effective Date, is entered into by and between Spectrotel, Inc., having an office at 655 Shrewsbury Avenue, Suite 302, Shrewsbury, New Jersey, 07702-7950 (“CLEC”) and Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a SBC Wisconsin1, a Wisconsin corporation, with offices at 722 N. Broadway, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 (“SBC-AMERITECH” or “Ameritech” or “SBC Wisconsin” herein) through its authorized agent SBC Telecommunications, Inc.
