Except as herein otherwise provided, as used in this agreement the word "Company" means BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc.; the word “Plant” means the BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc. Peterborough; the word "Union" means the Unifor Union of Canada and Local 599-O; the word "employee" means those employees in the Bargaining Unit unless otherwise indicated, and the word “Agreement” means the Collective Agreement.
