The anticipated annual spend is infrequent and less than $6,000. This contract has not undergone competitive bid, consistent with Seattle Municipal Code 3.04.106 given that projected usage is less than $6,000. This is therefore not a mandatory use blanket contract, and the City may use other contractors or other providers as suited to the City needs. This contract is established for the convenience of City Departments.
