This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes a collaborative partnership between METROPOLITAN FAMILY SERVICES ("MFS") a 501(c)(3) corporation organized in Illinois with its main office at 101 North Wacker, Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois, acting through its subsidiary Afterschool for Children Teens Now (“ACT Now”), an unincorporated association with its own funding and governance structure and the program partners (“Partners”) listed below for the successful planning and implementation of priorities one and five under the Full-Service Community Schools Program to scale up community schools throughout Illinois. All programmatic elements of this agreement will be written as executed by ACT Now, including Sections I to VI. All legal and fiscal related clauses will reference the acting party as MFS.
