This Standard Contract for connection to the information system of marking and traceability of goods, hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”, defines the conditions for the provision of services for connection to the information system of marking and traceability of goods by “Kazakhtelecom” Joint Stock Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, acting on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2020 No. 95 in as a Sole Operator of marking and Traceability of goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to a person who has joined this Contract, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, who is a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Hereinafter the Operator and the person acceded to the Contract shall be referred to as the “Parties” when referred to jointly, and individually as specified above (Operator, Client) or as a “Party”.
