This agreement is between DSCC and the above named Worksite to provide employment and training services to individuals participating under the Northwest Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA) Work Experience Program. The U.S. Department of Labor is not a party to this Agreement and interns enrolled are not subject to the provisions of law pertaining to federal employment.
