This Grant Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (hereinafter referred to as the "Department" or "DCEO") and Village of Westmont (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee"). Subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Department agrees to provide a Grant in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 to the Grantee.
