This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the South Dakota Science and Technology Authority (SDSTA), which operates the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF), and <Name>, <Affiliation>, who represents the body of the Project collaborators, see Attachment I, (the Collaboration) in this MOU with SDSTA.
