This Amendment No. 1 is entered into this 16th day of January, 2018, by and between the City of Milpitas, a municipal corporation of the State of California ( hereafter referred to as “ City”) and Hd L Software, LLC, a California l imited l iability company ( hereafter referred to as “ Hd L”). City and Hd L are jointly referred to hereinafter as the “ Parties”.
