This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of August 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between ORLANDO/ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation with offices located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida 32821-8028 (“Visit Orlando”) and NEXTFACTOR ENTERPRISES, INC. DBA MMGY NextFactor, a Canadian corporation with offices located at 5 Strachan Point Rd., West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V7W 1C1 (“Service Provider”) (each a “Party” together the “Parties”).
