THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of by and between the City of Laconia, New Hampshire, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New Hampshire with a mailing address of 45 Beacon Street East, Laconia, New Hampshire 03246, (hereinafter called the “City”) and Spectacle Management, a Massachusetts Corporation with offices at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue, Second Floor, Lexington, MA 02420 (hereinafter called Spectacle ).
