WHEREAS Pretoria Dromdienste has undertaken to render the following service to the client, viz to deliver a metal container or mobile plastic container at the client’s actual residential address, in order for the latter to fill the container as stipulated under paragraph 4 (Contents); and to empty said container onto a truck where after returning it to the clients actual residential address as stipulated under paragraph 3 (positioning and removal).
