This MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (this “Agreement’) is made and entered into as of the purchase date of the short-term CAP Membership (“Effective Date”) by and between the Member(s) indicated in the enrollment form, (“Member”), and FocusPoint International, Inc. a Nevada corporation with an office at 4660 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 500, San Diego CA 92122 (“FocusPoint”). Client and FocusPoint may sometimes hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
