The Freelancer is hired to perform a wide range of works across different industries such as: writing and content creation, graphic design, web development and digital marketing, creative arts, administrative and virtual assistance, research and data analysis, sales and marketing, etc. This type of agreement is generally drafted by the Freelancer. The terms and conditions of the working relationship are specified in the Freelance Agreement and Contract: hours of work, fees and expenses, payment conditions, currency, location, applicable law and competent jurisdiction, etc. Also, a number of alternatives have been provided, for the most appropriate option to be selected according to the relationship between the Freelancer and the Client.
