This Agreement is made and entered into as of May 30, 2018, by and between The Osthoff Resort (hereinafter referred to as “Resort”) and Wisconsin Association for Public Procurement (hereinafter referred to as “Group”). Group agrees that the terms of this Agreement are based upon the information provided by Wisconsin Association for Public Procurement below. In the event that the information provided by Group materially changes or is incorrect, then this Agreement may be terminated pursuant to Section 5.
