NONREIMBURSABLE INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEENNonreimbursable Interagency Agreement • October 11th, 2022
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as “NASA” or “NASA ARC”) enters into this Interagency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “IAA”) in accordance with 51 U.S.C. § 20113(e). United States Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power Directorate, Innovation and Prototyping Acquisition Delta (SZI), located at 482 N Aviation Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245-2808 (hereinafter referred to as “SZI”), enters into this IAA in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 9081(c); 10 U.S.C. § 2358b, which authorizes the Department of Defense to enter into mutual agreements with other Federal agencies to engage in research and development projects; and 10 U.S.C. § 8014, which establishes the authority of the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for acquisition. NASA and SZI may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
