This benefits both the Company and the Client by setting out where we stand at the beginning of the relationship and should avoid any misunderstanding. It is therefore important that you read this agreement carefully. You will be bound by the terms of this agreement as soon as you sign and return it to the Company. If you do not fully understand the terms of this agreement you should seek independent legal advice. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall assume, in the absence of you returning a copy of this agreement, that your continuing instructions confirm acceptance of the terms of this agreement. The decision to proceed will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
