The Terms and Conditions of Services is a Service legal contract(“Agreement”) between You (either an individual or the authorized representative of a company or other entity) and Tech Data GmbH & Co. OHG (referred as “Tech Data”) regarding the provision of support Services provided by Tech Data. If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to act on behalf of, and to bind such entity to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In all such cases, each reference to “You” and “Your,” or “Reseller” in this Agreement or on the Site shall refer to You or to the company or other entity You represent, as applicable. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning described to them in the Agreement.
