This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Bandwidth.com CLEC, LLC (“CLEC”), a Delaware Limited Liability Company. Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
