The terms and conditions contained herein shall apply to any agreement in terms of which SUPERSPAN GUTTERS, its agents, affiliates and successors thereinafter referred to as “the Company” agrees to sell to the Customer the goods and / or services, as the case may be, of the Company, irrespective of the circumstances under which the agreement arose and to the exclusion of any terms and conditions which the Customer may seek to make applicable.
