This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2007 between the Energy Consumers Alliance of New England, Inc. (“ECANE”), a Massachusetts non-profit corporation having its principal office at 670 Centre Street, Boston, Massachusetts, and (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), located at
