Pursuant to Article 37, Section 3, the City of Tarpon Springs and the Sun Coast Police Benevolent Association, Inc. agree to the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding of a “12 hour shift schedule” through September 30, 2017. All of the terms of the existing agreement shall continue in full force and effect for alternate shift schedule employees with the following amendments during this period.
