This document is a Final Addendum to the Final Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan/Environmental Assessment (Final DARP/EA [Appendix A]) for the April 5, 2001 natural gas condensate1 discharge in Mosquito Bay on Point Au Fer Island, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana (referred to herein as “the Incident”). The Final DARP/EA was prepared by state and federal natural resource trustees to recover damages for injuries to natural resources and services resulting from the Incident and was made available to the public in October 2005. The Final DARP/EA presented the natural resource trustees’ assessment of injuries to natural resources and services attributable to the Incident, and their plan to restore, replace, or acquire resources or services equivalent to those lost as a basis for providing compensation to the public. This Final Addendum to the Final DARP/EA provides the Trustees’ revised plan for compensating the public for injuries to natural resources resulting from the Incident.
