Using this agreement, Client may order consulting, development, implementation and support services, and other services (collectively “Services”), available from Clever Net Systems Sarl (“CNS”). Details regarding Services are provided in contracts, offerings, orders, schedule and quotes (“Orders”). This agreement and applicable Orders are the complete agreement (Agreement) regarding transactions under this Agreement.
