This Electronic Services Terms and Conditions User Agreement (“Agreement") contains terms and conditions for the use of COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION Electronic Services (“Services”) including: Online Banking, BillPayer, Pay a Friend, Debit Card Swap, Mobile Banking, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture, and Digital Wallet that COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION or its affiliates (“COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION”, “us,” or “we”) may provide to you (“you,” or “User”). Other agreements you have entered into with COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION, including the Membership and Account Agreement, Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure, or other Disclosures, as applicable to your COMMUNITY 1ST CREDIT UNION account(s), are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. By using the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Federal law and regulation, and to the extent there is no applicable Federal law
