The terms and conditions set forth below shall govern the accompanying purchase order (“Purchase Order”) issued by Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC (“Iron Mountain”) to the Vendor or Supplier identified thereon (“Vendor”) unless there exists a separate signed written agreement between Iron Mountain and the Vendor (collectively, the “Parties”) that specifies that it governs Iron Mountain’s procurement of the Goods or Services ordered from Vendor.
