THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of April , 2018, for the management and operation of Couch Park Municipal Pool between the City of Stillwater, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Stillwater” and The Young Men’s Christian Association of Greater Oklahoma City, hereinafter referred to as “YMCA.”
