This Software License and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date set forth below by and between Passport Labs, Inc. (“Passport”) and the party named below (“Provider”). This Agreement includes and incorporates the terms and conditions found in this document, the Terms and Conditions found in Exhibit A, and the terms and conditions found in all other Exhibits hereto, which represent the full and complete understanding and agreement of Passport and Provider with respect to the subject matter hereof.
