This Agreement amends and restates the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 28 July 2011 between Party A and Party B. The amendments effected by this Agreement shall only become effective on 18 June 2012. Each Transaction under the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 28 July 2011 will continue to be a Transaction under this Agreement.
