To put a hold on of a date, a deposit of $100 must be paid. $25 of this amount is non-refundable and is applied to the total cost of renting the facility. The other $75 of this amount will be held as a cleanup, damage deposit which will be refunded 2 weeks after the rental date if there is no extra costs or cleanup needed to the property, kitchen equipment.
