Facilities; rates are determined by the length of usage and day of week. All décor for any and all functions cannot be permanent nor affixed to any walls, hallways or celling. The client agrees to take responsibility for any and all occurrences that incur damages to CET facilities/property and or staff of CET by event guest and/or client (on CET property). No equipment may be borrowed from rooms or facilities not covered by this permit. Facilities and adjoining areas must be returned to their prior state and condition after each use. No food or beverages are allowed in the theatre. “No Smoking” is allowed inside the building, courtyards and or facilities, only in the parking areas. CET is not responsible for lost property of clients and/or guests.
