THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 ("Amendment No. 4") to General Services Contract No. 20-041- 000, as amended (collectively, the "Contract"), is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission ("Owner" or "TFC"), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, and Shelton-Keller Group, Inc. dba SKG ("Contractor"), located at 6301 East Stassney Lane, Building 9-100, Austin, Texas 78744 (collectively, the "Parties"), to amend the Contract, as amended for the purposes stated herein.
